Academy Basingstoke
Academy Basingstoke is now under new ownership, after first being opened in October 1981, and is the best all round entertainment centre in town open 7 days a week. Our newly re furbished, air conditioned venue also now has a large beer garden out the back and there is always a friendly, fun and relaxed atmosphere that welcomes visitors of all ages.
The club offers extensive facilities for Snooker and Pool players Snooker/Pool and Darts players can use one of our 2 practise boards or the 4 on the raised stage area. There is a Video Juke Box with all the latest releases and classic favourites and £250 jackpot fruit machines too!
Live Premiership Football, Rugby, Snooker and the Grand Prix are shown on our 12 flat screen TV's and huge on stage screen with surround sound giving a great atmosphere whilst watching your favourite sport.
The venue has a 750 person capacity which is a great place to hold an event or party as we cater for corporate functions, team building events, engagements, wedding receptions and 18+ birthday parties and often has Top local DJ's playing all the best tracks on a Saturday night. Academy Basingstoke is a members club you can now join for ONLY £20 for a year (38p a week) and a Junior Membership (under 18) is ONLY £10 (19p a week). So get yours before its too late.
